We manufacture serial EEPROM products including the 24Cxx series with density from 1kbits to 256kbits. Our small peripherals and cell size enable 25 to 40% die cost saving over other EEPROM manufacturers. The low cost EEPROM IP (based on 0.35um and 0.5um technology) is also available for licensing. Our EEPROM IP blocks are well suited for low cost system application like RFID， SMART cards， telecom and consumer markets. Our patented technology has been proven at the 0.18 um node at UMC and TSMC.
