Our backbone employees enjoy an experience of more than ten years in engineering construction， mainly engaged in preliminary design estimate， budgeting according to working drawing and final estimate of various medium and large projects， and construction cost control at construction stage of projects. Many backbone technical personnel has been recruited as experts for the expert bank of Shenzhen Transaction Service Center for Construction Engineering and Shenzhen Municipal Government Assessment Center for Investment Projects， having taken part in the bid evaluation of large construction projects and investment assessment of project approval in Shenzhen for many times so far. Since its establishment， our Company has completed the construction cost consultancy for approximately projects， such as China Phoenix Building， Futian Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital’s Hospitalization Building， Shenzhen Grand Industrial Zone Qixing Living Quarter， Star River Garden， Zhong Yi Buiding， southern public works for Longhua secondary-line expansion， public works of Longsha Rd， public works of Shenzhen Danzi Ave. E.， Vanke Garden 5 (Phase I Row Villa and Grand Villa Commercial Street)， Liantan-Yantian Section of Shenzhen Eastern Expressway and others. Our Company has also taken part in the edition of the Consumption Standards of Shenzhen for Construction Engineering (2003).
