英飞凌科技正在启动一项全新的人才培养计划，英飞凌（无锡）作为中国区试点企业，已于2006 年9月正式启动该计划，在全国招聘20名2005年或2006年优秀毕业生。

人才甄选标准如下

1. Graduated in year 2005 or 2006 with Bachelor degree in Electronics/ Mechanical/Auto control/Engineering:

2. Willingness to work in the manufacturing plant of the Semiconductor Back End and to take challenges

3. Excellent oral and written English， CET 6 and above.

4. Good Computer skills， be familiar with Word， Excel， Powerpoint， Auto-CAD.

5. Willing to learn & work under pressure

良好的学习能力，并能在工作中承受压力.

6. Good team work spirit and problem solving skills as well as communication skills
