| UV Development Chemist职位说明及要求 | |
| 职责： Develop UV products to meet customer and market needs. Improve current technology and product system to solve existing issues. Contact with RM suppliers to get up-to-date information and trial samples. Create and maintain formulation in system. Maintain a high level quality standard operation according with TS16949 and ISO9001 requirements. Maintain a close relationship with Technical Service Team for any technical issues Should meet all related requirements regarding Quality Management Systems and EHS Management Systems. 要求： 1. BS degree of Polymer Chemistry， Organic Chemistry or equivalent. 2. Comprehension of customer requirement. 3. Good written communication skills in both Chinese and English. 4. Middle level of PC skills on Excel， Word and PowerPoint. 5. Good planning skills. 6. Min. 3 year product development experience in coating industry. 7. Excellent inter-personal skills. 8. Ability to communicate with different personalities/groups of people. |
