HR Administration Assistant职位说明及要求
Main Responsibilities:

Recruitment and new staff reporting administration:

-Assist in the management of CV and job posting. Assist new staff reporting and HR induction.

-Assist in conducting reference check of employment

-Create personal file including CV, contract, approved requisition, reference check, etc

Compensation & Benefits Support:

-Coordinate with employment/unemployment registration including personnel files transfers, social insurance, housing fund, medical check, etc.

-Confirm monthly social welfare report from FESCO.

-Update monthly commercial insurance list. Handle and feedback staff enquires.

-Prepare and file IIT Claim (Taxation Bureau)

Payroll Support:

-Input staff basic data to HRP

-Collect monthly attendance report, check annual leaves and record, input to HRP

-Assist in the filing of IIT and related issues for all staff.

Inter-Communication:

-Keep smooth communication with center line managers and function managers.

-Ensure HR policy and procedure is communicated and implemented accordingly.

-Administer and prepare related information for monthly HR newsletter

Employee Relations:

-Answer HR related enquires promptly

-Build up staff morale by effective staff relation and communication.

-Employee newsletter

Office Administration / Expatriate Administration :

-Receptionist responsibilities include but not limited to receiving phone calls and taking messages, greeting visitors.

-Travel arrangements include but not limited to hotel booking, air ticket booking, airport pick up etc.

-Internal office administration support include but not limited to fax/copy machine maintenance, mails receiving and delivering, office cleaning.

-Ensure all visa and work permit application are timely.

-Update and submit related reports to MF

-Providing secretarial support.

-Handle all other office administration related to HR.

-All HR and ROD requested support.

Requirements:

Highly initiated, service-oriented, and open-minded.

Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirit.

Familiar with local HR related regulations and policies.

One year HR or Administration experience in foreign enterprise company

Bachelor or above degree with fluency in oral and written English communications

Female, aged between 24-28.
