| Planning Officer职位说明及要求 | |
| Mission * Communicate about planning among all services involved. * Follow up the execution of activities & update project planning. * Analyze and manage workload & available capacity. * Be responsible of the MRP runs， analysis & manage exceptions. * Manage & distribute Production Orders to fitters. * Have a clear view on procurement follow up (Supply Chain visibility) * Manage priorities & emergencies in the Supply Chain flow， when needed. * Reporting about Production Plan to IBA LLN. Knowledge Essential *English *University degree (or equivalent) with orientation Production Management or Supply Chain Management (could be “Administration & Management” or “Engineer degree”). *Planning tool & planning methods (Pert network & Gantt charts， Constraints， Relationships， Critical path， Work & duration， etc…) *Microsoft basics: Word， Excel & PowerPoint *Familiar with SAP & ERP notions: Bill of material， Production Orders， Planned Orders， MRP… *More than 2 years work experience Asset * Technical knowledge (understanding of what IBA is producing) Skills * Team spirit， Open minded & Leadership *Communication skills (assertiveness & reporting) *Customer oriented (respect of target dates & milestones) *Problem solver， looking for solution to reach the goal， pro-activity & autonomy *Analytic & synthesis spirit *Organization skills *Precision & rigor *Able to work under stress， able to manage priorities |
