| Job responsibilities Working closely with divisions and understand their issues and needs Build and develop local capabilities for problem solving. Working closely with divisions and suppliers and using local technical partners and expertise to accelerate project implementation offer value-added technical support in the whole supply chain Coordinate qualification of local electrical materials， components and devices， such as circuit breakers， contactors， relays， electrical heaters， motors， fans， control units， capacitors， power components， electronic components， wires， insulation materials etc. Project management， tracking and reporting Assist to drive material movement to low cost countries Quality control， continuous improvement and problem solving activities in electrical engineering Requirements active， self-motivated， and willing to work under pressure customer-oriented and a good team player good interpersonal and communication skills， university degree and above in electrical engineering 5+ years of working experiences in electrical engineering manufacturing experience is a must work experience in both engineering and quality function is preferred. well understanding of electrical appliances， power supply products and electrical applications good project management skill fluent in Written and Spoken English good computer skills *Located in Shanghai |
