Business Control and Finance Training Supervisor (Beijing)内部控制及财务培训主管(中国区总部)职位说明及要求

Major Accountabilities 主要职责: To ensure the compliance of state’s law and regulation， rules and policies of company， and whilst to secure company asset and any kind of economic interest， by using professional knowledge to facilitate internal functions to develop， maintain and adjust current management manner to improve management effectiveness and efficiency， and carry out audit assignments upon SMT instruction.To build up risk management mechanism to minimize business lrisk.为保证公司运营活动的合法合规性，以及公司资产及经济利益的安全，领导本部门去推动各部门开发、维护、调整现有的管理方式以提高管理效率及效益，并根据高级管理层的指示开展审计工作。建立风险管理机制，降低业务风险。 Provide advice to administrators for improving business processes and linternal control 为管理层提供改进业务流程和提高内控水平的建议 Provide audit report about the economic responsibilities performance of senior managers to HR management 为人事管理提供高级管理者履行经济责任状况的审计报告 Establish favourable relation with auditors， ensure the audit progress smoothly 与各审计方建立和维持良好关系，确保审计工作顺畅进行 Cooperate with all departments， provide advice for improving internal control during auditing 与各业务部门配合，在实施审计的同时提供改善内部控制的建议 Qualifications任职要求： ? Knowledge on accounting/auditing (excellent) ? 财务会计知识/审计知识（精通） ? Communication skills， spoken and written (excellent) ? 沟通技能，包括口语与书面（出色） ? Presentation skills (excellent) ? 演讲技能（出色） ? Knowledge on relevant laws (excellent) ? 相关法律知识（熟悉） ? Facilitation and training skills (excellent) ? 协作与培训技能（出色） ? Customer-facing and interaction skills (excellent) ? 面对客户与处理人际关系技能（出色） ? Software skills (Word， Excel， PowerPoint， etc.) (excellent) ? 办公软件使用技能（Word， Excel和PowerPoint等）（熟练） ? Software skills (DHL Systems) (preferable) ? DHL系统内部软件操作技能（优先考虑） ? At least 2 years auditing experience in accounting firm 两年以上事务所的审计经验l l Experience in logistics or relevant industry (preferable) l 物流行业或相关行业工作经验（优先考虑） ? Bachelor degree in Auditing/Finance， or above ? 审计或财务专业本科以上学历 ? CPA (preferable) ? 注册会计师（优先考虑)
