| Distribution Sales Manager, Automotive职位说明及要求 | |
| This position is responsible for managing and supporting Automotive Distributors in China for all sales activities, account issues and growth initiatives for Local Automotive and OTB (Off-road, Truck, Bus) customers. Key responsibilities include: · Manage and support distributors to grow sales in China, including technical, application and commercial support; · Explore OTB (Off-road, Truck, Bus) market and pursue sales opportunities; · Maintain and further advance relationship between company and our customer’s purchasing, supplier quality, engineering and manufacturing locations; · Maintain market shares on over current and over voltage products at both existing accounts and new accounts; · Manage contracts, pricing and purchase agreements through distributors in China; · Manage customers enquires within Littelfuse including engineering, quality and logistics issues; · Identify and support new business opportunities for market share growth of existing automotive products; · Identify and support new business applications for sales growth of new products. Requirements: · University Degree major in Electronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; · At least 3 years experience in selling electronic components to Automotive accounts; · Good knowledge of local China automotive electronics market & OTB business experience; · Working in multi national companies and solid distributor management experience are highly preferred; · Fluent in spoken and written English. |
