Goals/Mission:
- Full responsibility of the PLM process for the locally manufactured and imported Siemens motors in China with a target.

Tasks:
- Analysis of the motor market in China
- Definition of the required product portfolio
- Initiate R&D processes in SSML for new motor generations
- localization of European design motors together with HQ
- Market launch of new products
- List price definition for import and local motors
- Failure management and revision management
- Close cooperation with R&D and manufacturing in SSML
- Quotation center for non-standard motors
- Pricing and logistics coordination form import motors
- Marketing and docusmentation for motors
- Disciplinary responsibility of 5 people
- Maintain close interface to German product management to harmonize processes

Education:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in motor.
- Job Language:EN

Knowledge/Languages:
- English: fluent

Experience:
- Senior experience in motor technology and motor market
- Product management
