JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Achieve sales budget and identify business opportunities and implement the required measures to succeed 2. Take personal responsibility for key customers, clarify customers’ requirements and take appropriate action 3. Manage agents and distributors in the various countries (target setting, measures, performance control) 4. Update market intelligence in order to assess market/customer potentials, market trends and competition 5. Put in place business plan for long-term growth. Develop sales strategies, define targets by country and customers. Review sales performance (actual vs budget) and co-ordinate/initiate corrective actions to achieve the budget 6. Regular visit of key accounts and markets together with our agents 7. Handle quotations, conclude frame contracts, prioritize orders, participate/conduct trade shows, prepare/organize sales meetings REQUIREMENTS: 1. No limit of nationality, bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing or related majors 2. At least five years or above experiences in diesel power generation 3.Good communication skill (Good command of English speaking and writing, preferentially bilingual capacity) 4. Good negotiation and sales skill. 5. Sociable and enthusiastic to deal with different cultures 6. Type of person: female or male age under 30 |
