职责描述: l Position Summary: Lead, manage and direct the China IT team to deliver high quality service to Shared Service and China BUs. Work closely with BU and Corporate IT to execute IT strategy and to ensure services to meet business goals and objectives. l Responsibilities : 1. Manage and provide leadership to implement technology solutions and standardized strategy. 2. Develop and maintain a highly motivated team to sustain and support business systems. Manage IT operations to deliver quality and efficient services. 3. Technical – Professional Responsible for adhering to the standard corporate IT project management methodology, including: ü Resource planning budgeting and management, business process analysis, design, planning, implementation, user testing coordination and acceptance, education and training, and all supporting documentation. Establishing and maintaining metrics appropriate to the performance of the project(s) under their management.Obtaining a high level of knowledge and understanding of the business processes and applications systems affected by the project. Working with business process owners and end-users to establish sufficient levels of detailed requirements which must be satisfied by the proposed system. 4. Policy Adherence Demonstrate adherence to the IR Operating Policies and Guiding Principles in all of their actions. üAdhere to the IR corporate Information Technology Standards, Polices and Procedures to compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley rules and regulations. Minimize the procedural constraints required for the business unit to accomplish its mission. Develop policies relevant to the project‘s business processes Protect and secure the information assets of the company 5. Responsible for investigation potential risks in IT practice and propose/initiate necessary actions. 经验与技能: 1. Experience and Skills Required: · At least 10 years working experience with 5 years in multinational company and 3 years of management experience · Solid experience in ERP system implementation and Infrastructure / Networking management · Experience in Shared Services operation environment is an advantage · Mature, pleasant personality and strong communication skill and interpersonal skills and can do work under pressure · Positive “Can do” attitude · Ability to work in matrix organization, deal with Corporate and Leaders from different business units · Independent, self-motivated and lateral thinking · Degree holder in Computer Science/ Information System or other relevant major · Fluent in English and Mandarin |
