Responsibilities: Provide technical support on desktop, servers, legacy host, LAN and WAN, hardware and software, POS systems Work closely with other members in the support team to ensure that service levels and customer expectation are met. Contribute to the successful delivery of IT support services through efficient 2nd/3rd support, customer support, systems management, operations management, project management and implementation. Monitor day-to-day computer/system operations and provide support to implement/install systems as well as upgrade/control/backup in accordance with the prescribed operating procedures/guidelines. Provide technical support/guidance/training to users. Requirements: University Graduate in Computer Science or equivalent MCSE and with 5 years + working experience in hardware support, network support, router configuration Familiar with Microsoft Window environment (window 2003, XP), Exchange 2003, Office Supervisory experience Self-motivated, hard-working and result-orientated Occasional travel is required |
