Responsibilities: manage incidents reported by various business units ensure ITIL process compliance ensure application availability Skills & Requirements systems: understanding of Point of Sales (POS) systems technologies: Axapta, Windows server understanding of ITIL processes (configuration, incident management) experienced in integrating POS systems with backend systems (ERP, CRM) pro-actively prioritizes incidents, analyses and escalates problems, plans daily work, recognizes and sets priorities according to target dates set by supervisor understands internal departments / business units as customers; aims at customers‘ satisfaction and will never complain about customers quickly identifies conflicts and / or problems and develops solutions based on research |
