Goals/Mission: - "Regional market developer"(incl. potential analysis, new customer qualification & opportunities, …) - Coordination of BU & RG strategy and align resources to ensure the success in the region - Business development by region(main office/offices/province/A&D regions) Tasks: - Develop of regional market, incl. potential analysis,new customer qualification & opportunities - Coordination of BU & RG strategy and align resources to ensure the success in the region - Organizing, definition and review of R-BTA BU targets and measures - Daily business suppor (e.g. logistics, material support, ….) - Price strategy implementation incl. SMP and closed controlling circle - Regional promoter setup & coordination Education: - Bachelor degree or above, major in automation related - Job Language:EN Knowledge/Languages: - English: fluent Experience: - At least 3 years sales experience in automation field - Experienced in solution/OEM business - Experienced in product promotion - Management experience is preferred - International company experience is preferred
