市场销售副总监(nw-03)职位说明及要求

岗位职责：
- Responsible for strategic planning and execution for the hotel short term and long term sales goals
- Leading 12 person‘s sales team including business, travel sales team
- Reporting directly to DOSM and associate with Carlson GSO, all Director of Sales in Asia Pacific Region.
- In the absence of DOSM, be responsible for Reservation Sales Department and PR. Direct solicitation with GM and Carlson South Pacific Region - VP DOMS

岗位资格：
- Over 5 years working experience in sales and marketing with 5-star international managed hotel with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership, minimum of 2 years experience in leading 10 sales persons
