高级软件工程师职位说明及要求

职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Working with US/China engineering team, developing web applications for world leading LBS service product.
2. Writing unit test plans based on the functional specifications.
3. Working with US product management, researching and analyzing requirements, developing MockUI, writing specification document.
4. Design and implement software component based on Specification Document and MockUI.
5. Provide technical leadership to junior staff as required.
6. Minor travel to US may be necessary depending on needs of the product release.

Requirements:
1. BS/MS in computer science or related a major.
2. At least 4 year practical experience in Java development using J2EE technologies.
3. At least 4+ years experience with OO development, design pattern or methodology.
4. Solid experience in Web Application servers like BEA Weblogic, Tomcat.
5. Experience with common open source development/testing tools for Java including JUnit, Ant, Log4j, etc.
6. Experienced with database programming using Java frameworks (JDBC/Torque/Hibernate) is a plus
7. Experienced with Open source framework like Struts, other tech like AJAX is a plus
8. Good understanding of XML, XSLT and web services is a plus.
9. Experience of developing or performance tuning large scale system is a plus.
10. JavaScript, HTML. DHTML, CSS is a plus.
11. Excellent communication skills and good skill in written and oral English
12. Quick-learning, self-motivated and hard-working, strong team orientation
