| FinanceAnalyst职位说明及要求 | |
Financial Analyst Responsibility -Assist the Holding Company Controller to perform reporting function in the holding company -Work together with the share-service team to prepare monthly Financial Reports and "Scorecards" for the Holding Company as well as monthly administration cost monitoring -Reconciling between various consolidated reports, internal and statutory -Prepare analytical reports based on monthly and quarterly financial results -Assist the Holding Company Controller to develop and implement Internal Control procedures -Assist in coordination and follow-up of External Audits -Assist in statutory consolidation of all business units in China -Participate in Internal Control Projects -Support the registration process in China for new offices and companies -Support the Acquisition process in China for all business areas. Requirements -University degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or Business Administration. -At least 3 years experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis -Excellent accounting background and a solid understanding of Chinese Accounting Regulations, IFRS and IAS -Good knowledge of rules and regulations for how foreign companies operate in China. -Well developed computer skills -Familiar with ERP systems like SAP or Scala. -Experience of using Hyperion reporting system is a plus -Experience from working in a foreign company environment -Strong written and oral English communication skills. -Excellent interpersonal/organization, communication and presentation skills; ability to interact at all levels across cultures. -CPA or equivalent is preferable Interested candidate please send your resume to hr@comcon.com.cn or by fax at 021-63724989 attn Emma.Zheng |
