汽配模具工程师职位说明及要求

企业背景：加拿大精密齿轮注塑模具制造设计（企业规模：50人）
职位：模具工程师8－10K（英语好）
Responsibilities:
Plan，organize and control process related projects concerning production tooling/mould, process improvement, efficiencies, capacities. Lead process improvement groups/teams in implementing cost improvements.
Act as Engineering liaison with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and the Customer and be actively involved in the resolution of Customer concerns. Attend and participate in Process or Customer meetings.
Responsible to develop current injection molds to meet the project and production requirements.
Work with Maintenance to ensure the correct machine PM schedule are in place.
Requirements:
Associate degree or above, majoring in Mould or Mechanism.
A minimum of 6 years experiences in Advanced mould designing and manufacturing.
Familiar with mould designing and injection process.
Mould framework analysis will be an added advantage.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with other departments according to deadlines and under pressure filled conditions is essential.
good command of English,CET-4 or above (can communicate in English), mould related technical English is a must.
要求：
1、为人务实，有注塑模具设计经验。（不需要管理经验）
2、六年相关工作经验，有良好的英语沟通能力。
