汽配设备主管职位说明及要求

设备主管
这个职位主要是负责工厂设备的运行、安装、调试等工作。
工作职责：
Perform debug/installation/maintenance and repair work to secure manufacturing equipment running, keeping low downtime.
Troubleshooting and problem solving for the equipment in time .
Implement preventive maintenance plan.
Maintenance and repair document record.
Continuous improvement for the manufacturing equipment to meet the production and quality need.
Be involved in project implementation.
Implement and enforce health and safety initiatives.
Ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
Bachelor of science or equivalent degree in engineer. Electrical engineering degree is preferred.
At least 5 years equivalent experience degree in related manufacturing environment. Excellent in PLC control, high voltage equipment experience is preferred.
Good personal communication skill and clearly communicate in written and verbal English.
Above average computer skills required to enable incumbent to utilize c-langue programs.
Familiar with electric control system of equipment and test process.
Spirit of enterprise, strong responsibilities.
