| 项目经理职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: Technical offer: During this step Project manager works in team with the Sales Manager. 1.Receive and analyze requests for quotation from our sales team. He completes the technical demands if it is necessary. 2.Conceive and calculate first design of the complete bottling line: first flow diagram， V-graph， accumulation…. 3.He prepares and sends the “Requests for Quotations” to SIDEL’s Products Divisions and other suppliers (Chinese and European). 4.Receive and analyze the offers and Prepare our technical proposal. 5.He prepares requirements for Lay-out designer and controls the design according to our technical standards and client’s specifications. 6.Prepare our technical proposal: client’s data， technical description， planning， guaranties， limits of supply…(in English and Chinese) 7.Prepare the “Price list” and minimum selling price according to SIDEL group’s rules’. This one has to be validated by the Engineering Director. 8.Present his proposal to the client with the Sales Manager. Carry-out the Project: During this step Project manager is the main interface between client and SIDEL group. He is responsible for costs-schedule and performance for his project. 1.Prepare and check the final contract with the Sales Managers. 2.Clearly identify and clarify limits of supply between client， SIDEL and others suppliers in accordance with the contract. 3.Prepare global and detailed project schedules according to the project steps. 4.Manage project’s meeting with the client and the others suppliers and makes the report. 5.Negotiate additional clauses with the client and inform Salesman. 6.Prepare a monthly financial report for each project: First budget， updated budget， and explanation for the differences. 7.Prepare a weekly technical report for each project: Main issues， technical problems and solutions to validate… 8.Prepare and send orders to Products Divisions and external suppliers with the help of the “purchasing team” based in France. 9.Receive and answer all suppliers’ requirements. 10.Receive and control the final machine designs and integrate them in the final Lay-out with the help of our designers. 11.Inspect and Control machines before delivery. 12.Organize the packing and freight for all the machines to the client plant according to the contract and news ads. 13.Prepare and steadily control on site the assembly and start-up of installation with the Customer Manager and SIDEL Services Division. 14.Referee and decide for technical problems with the help of Products Division. 15.Prepare and supervise the acceptance tests. Requirements: 1. At least bachelor degree major in Engineering or related 2. Solid electrical and mechanical knowledge 3. Good project management skill 4. Similar working experiences for three years in bottle or food/beverage industry with MNC 5. Outstanding ability of organizing and implementation 6. Good interpersonal relationship skill 7. Can work under pressure and travel frequently 8. Good team player and motivator |
