| Main Responsibilities -Mechanical Construction design， plastic parts design and sheet metal design. You should at least be an expert at either plastic or sheet metal design. -Prototype making. -Perform engineering tests. -Identifies and pursues new product development opportunities. -Provide production technical support and eliminate all technological problems; -Help define product standards and engineering specifications， review， modify new design; solve quality and engineering problems; -Pressing Process capability & product quality improvement. -Plastic tooling sub-contact follows up. -For sheet metal designer， you should be expert at frame/metal parts design and have the ability to update the original design from Europe according to local supplier‘s equipment and techniques. -Help define product standards and engineering specifications， review， modify new design; solve quality and engineering problems; Qualification Requirements -Degree holder in Mechanical/Tooling Engineering. -Minimum 6 years relevant experience， especially on plastic ，sheet metal design and sheet metal parts cost-saving. -Have good sense on finalizing the Construction solution from a draft industry design. -Familiar with the characteristic and manufacturing technology， process of plastic and metal raw material -Familiar with inject tooling， injection equipment， and process， technology， and quality test. -Familiar with metal machining technology， sheet stamping Die， CNC machine and its manufacturing process. -Familiar with finish treatment， powder coating process and its quality test method. -Proficiency in Solidworks. Better to have， -Familiar with the European Mechanical standards. -Project management skill. -Prototype making skill. -Pro-E is just a plus |
