| Position Summary The software director reports to the CEO and is responsible for establishing the company‘s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company‘s technology development. The software director is playing an integral role in the company‘s software project development. Responsibilities -Lead the execution of software projects. -Build and manage a top-flight software team and oversee research and development， as well as project management. -Provide visible leadership for the company within the software community. -Anticipate and react to major software changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape. -Establish software standards and ensure adherence to them for product development and company operations. Requirements -Demonstrated ability to interpret software and market trends as a foundation for software strategy and product roadmaps -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. -At least 15 years in IT， with 7 in an executive-level position. -Computer Science required， MBA preferred. 请注明薪金要求 ，谢绝来电来访 |
