| Accountant职位说明及要求 | |
1.Responsible for matching relevant documents for AP, including original invoice, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt in SAP system, and preparing AP voucher 2.Responsible for invoice verification for AP transactions. 3.Ensure the compliance of relevant guideline for AP transactions before payment. 4.Responsible for AP aging analysis and following up the settlement of overdue items. 5.Coordination and cooperation with the contractor who is responsible for invoice processing 6.Supporting the daily work of other team members. Qualification Requirement: 1.Batchelor degree in accounting or related fields. 2.3 years or above working experience in Accounting 3.Good English reading and writing 4.Work hard and continous learning ability 5.Willing to work under pressure. 6.Good team work spirit. 7.Experience in SAP is prefered |
