高级BD经理/总监职位说明及要求

Job Responsibilities：

1．Leading the dept. team of one BD region to achieve the import and export of interactive entertainment content in accordance with the company’s strategies.

2．Establishing and maintaining the relationships with content/service providers

2．Establishing and completing the team’s knowledge database.　Setting up an effective workflow for the BD job.

3．Establishing and improving the BD department’s daily workflow such as the system of rewards and penalties, the system of info. collecting and releasing.

4．Assisting the company-level leaders for decision making and providing advises for the future business opportunities.

Job Requirements：

1．5+ years of working experiences with 3+ years of successful experience in game import and export. Knowledge and experience in other foreign trading areas is preferred.

2．Excellent language skill of English, Korean or Japanese. Excellence in more than one languages is preferred.

3．Outstanding interpersonal skill

4．Good team management ability with successful experience.

5．Abundant knowledge in gaming industry. Having prospective sense of gaming market and industry.

6．Can work both independently and with a team.

7．Having good relationship with potential overseas collaborators and some account management experience.

Assistant BD Manager

Job Responsibilities：

1． Assisting the dept. leader in importing and exporting interactive entertainment content.

2． Assisting the dept. leader in establishing and completing dept. knowledge database as well as monitoring and analyzing the daily market info.

3．Handling the daily business meetings and reports of the dept.

4． Assisting the project team to communicate with the related clients.

Requirements：

1．1+ year of working experience in gaming industry. Experience of gaming operation is preferred.

2．Excellent language skill of English, Korean or Japanese.

3 Outstanding interpersonal skill

4．Strong ability of implementing the tasks

5．Some knowledge of the gaming industry

6．Can work both independently and with a team.

7．Superior analyzing ability. Experience in market analysis and information collecting is preferred.
