软件工程师（网络/数据库）职位说明及要求

Position description
Join the embeded system product developing team in shanghai and work with US team

Position requirement
BASIC:
-Good experience in developing database, AAA.
-Working knowledge with at least one of the MySQL, freeRadius, radius server implementation and administration preferred.
-Performance analysis, planning & design, migration experience & process oriented.
PREFERENCE:
-Working experience with networking products: switches, routers, wireless access points, VPN, and etc.
-Strong fundamental in algorithms.
-Specific networking experience with standard IP based protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, IP, VoIP, QoS, Ethernet.
-Previous experience working in High availability and fail over (fault tolerant) systems.
Typically requires MSEE/CS combined with 3-5 years of related experience, or BSEE/CS combined with 5+ yrs related experience
