IT销售经理客户经理职位说明及要求



Sales Manager / Business Development Manager:(IT 销售经理)
The Sales Manager / Business Development Manager is the front-end interface between our and the customer. His / Her responsibility will be to identify, negotiate and manage relationships with customers by offering services and products that position we as a key partner in the customer’s IT initiatives and are in line with our’s short and long-term vision.

The Business Development Manager will strategize to identify, prioritize and pursue new and existing opportunities. The role requires an ability to quickly understand new technologies and business models and be able to evaluate their relevance to the customer’s and our’s vision.
Specifically he will be responsible for:
•Possess a deep understanding of the Manufacturing and/or Financial Services industry in China together with hands-on sales experience in these industry sectors.
•Experience as a senior Business Development, Account management and Relationship management executive.
•Experience in selling of IT Services to clients and possess a good understanding of the sales lifecycle.
•Managing day-to-day relationships with strategic partners and developing a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
•Strong presentation, strategic planning and negotiation skills
•Understanding of P&L/ Financial Reporting
•Competitive sales analysis
•Conceptualize and run target marketing & penetration campaigns
•Budget Management

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
•Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline, computer science or engineering with an MBA preferred, or equivalent work experience
•5 to 7 years of strategic alliance or business development experience in the technology industry.

•Ability to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial organization, in both a team and independent environment.
•Willingness to challenge the status quo to drive significant increases in high-margin, recurring revenue.
•Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals.
•Multilingual language skills (English & Mandarin).
