ProjectSupervisor职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
1. To deal with the customers‘ complains immediately
2. To support the Project Director/Manager in day to day operations
3. Liaise with Carrier/Supplier contacts for updates and ensure customer requirements are met
4. To monitor, manage project timeline and report project progress.
5. Be able to address the concerns involving cost, quality, logistics and delivery.
6. Support the Regional team on the implementation and localization of key regional initiatives and programs
7. Support preparation of marketing/sales/bidding documents
8. Gather statistics and prepare monthly reports for customers and management
Qualifications:
- Male
- Over 28 years old
- Over 6 years working experience in forwarding/shipping line business
- Bachelor‘s degree
- Fluent English
- Good team work spirit / Open
