ProductionLogisticsPlanner物流计划员职位说明及要求

Transfer of bill of material (BOM) from CADIM to SAP / 将BOM由CADIM转移到SAP Set-up and maintain material master (MM) in cooperation with sourcing / 与采购部门合作确立并维护物流相关数据 Request new routings/ modifications from industrial engineering / 创建新的Routings及工程的相应更改 Short-term capacity planning (2 - 4 months) based on actual demand status / 基于实际需求的状况进行短期生产安排（2-4月） Short- to mid-term planning and logistics of allocated material / 短中期的物流计划及管理所分配的料件 Adjusting delivery dates according to planning order (status overview of each individual order) / 根据计划调整供货日期（对每个单独的订单状况要充分了解） "Pre-Communication and follow-up with procurement for missing parts (based on plan order/ disposition list) / 与采购部门合作解决零件缺失问题" Assign production orders to machines/lines and plan order sequence / 分配生产订单给机加工部门及装配线。分配订单顺序 Manual start and status follow-up of production orders / 按生产订单安排生产 "Follow-up with procurement regarding missing parts / 如出现零件不全的情况， 应与采购部门一起进行物料跟踪" Communication & cooperation towards Project Management/ Customer Service/ Segment Manager regarding status of production orders and customer demands / 生产订单的状况及客户要求，与项目管理部门/客服部门/部门经理保持沟通和联系 Confirmation of completion of product order (incl. sub-steps) and transfer to warehouse; confirmation of transfer order by warehouse dept. / 确保生产订单任务的完成，并将成品转交给仓库，由仓库签收确认。 "Communication with Q Segment Aditor regarding defect material; handling of replacement material in production order and communication and follow-up with procurement/ purchasing / 当物料出现故障时， 与质量部门联系作相应处理。当生产订单中需要替换物料时，与采购部门联系。" Change management: Supervise and distribute engineering change information to related depts.; supervise execution / 负责更改管理：将工程上的变动信息传达给相关部门， Change of BOM; Creation and change of MM; Change and confirmation of production order confirmations / BOM改动，MM的创建及修改，生产订单的修改及确认， "Backlog; Delivery Performance; Inventories; Internal Turnover; Delivery Schedules; Production Schedule / 订货，是否及时交货给客户，库存状况，交货安排，生产计划"
