| MarketResearchManager职位说明及要求 | |
| 主要职责: ·Monthly analysis/reporting of Brand KPIs (i.e. BHT), with clear understanding of trends, drivers behind, recommendation on opportunities and actionable next steps; ·Lead in-depth consumer understanding for brand equity/image improvement, facilitate translating learning into consumer meaningful brand equity/positioning statement, and follow through its integration into marketing communication (e.g. advertising copy development) and tracking of equity/image improvement; ·Lead the design, execution and analysis of NPD/LE opportunity assessment; facilitate brand pipeline plan development; ·Lead design, analysis and reporting of ad hoc research to meet research objectives with clear business implication/action, as well as ensuring FW excellence; ·Pre-launch consumer understanding for new product launch (e.g. concept test, packaging test, copy test) to increase odds of success; ·Post-launch tracking of new product launch to help identify what works and what don’t, and actionable next steps; ·In-depth physician understanding to help brand positioning in hospitals and win in hospitals; ·Research budget management for the brands covered. 职位要求: ·Bachelor degree; MBA or master degree preferred; ·Have at least 4 years of experience in market research, with MNCs or research firms; ·Motivated and self-driven; ·Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills; ·Proactive and results oriented; ·Strong communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Chinese; ·Collaborative and good leadership skills; ·Solid mastery of basic market research methodology & principles, quantitative and qualitative; ·Familiar with basic statistic tools and presentation tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. |
