| 建筑师职位说明及要求 | |
| • Minimum Bachelors Degree in Architecture from a recognized Chinese or Foreign Tertiary Institution with minimum study duration of 5 years (Well-known institution would be an advantage) • Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English (Proficient in architectural vocabulary) • Successful completion of Grade 1 and 2 Registration Exams or the foreign equivalent • 5-7 years experience working with a highly regarded Local Design Institute / Architect or Foreign Architect on a broad range of project types and covering all aspects of Design， Documentation and Project Management • A high level of proficiency in the following software - candidates should be prepared to be tested on these skills o AUTOCAD 2003/2004 o ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE (incl Photoshop， Illustrator， InDesign， Acrobat) o MICROSOFT OFFICE (incl Word， Excel， Powerpoint) • Skills in 3D Studio Max or other 3D software would be an advantage • Outstanding 2D and 3D free-hand drawing skills are essential • A thorough and well developed understanding of local building regulations and practices is essential • Understanding / Experience in Sustainable Design would be an advantage |
