| Job description1. Lead complex testing project to win sales opportunities， including proof-of-concept and benchmark. 2. Perform consultative technical support to complex IT infrastructure solution， including HW and SW， 3. Develop and conduct workshop and so on， to enable skills of IBMers， BPs and customers effectively. 4. Advocate and introduce leading-edge technology and solution and product to generate real demand quickly. Desired experience1. In-depth knowledge and experience in AIX performance tuning， PD/PSI， HACMP complex configuration 2. Good knowledge and experience in HA and Disaster Recovery 3. Experience in configuration and performance tuning of IBM/EMC storage connection with Unix server， will be a plus 4. Degree holder of IT， Computer Science， Engineering or equivalent 5. 6+ years experiences in IT 6. Good team player and a fast learner 7. Good communication skill 8.
