| Project Engineer（项目工程师）职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibility: Develop new products with schedules and test plans to ensure that the design meets safety， quality， performance and economic goals and standards. Identify potential design related cost reduction opportunities and required test plans and scheduled to quality and implement Work with designers to insure proper fit， alignment， etc. using various tolerance stacks up methods and verity that the design intent has been met Document this information and store it in the appropriate folder for review if needed Insure that the project checklist and any additional project guidelines have been followed Provide engineering assistance for plant and customer support projects Participate in team activities and interface with other functional areas， such as plant engineering / manufacturing， supplier quality and procurement， as appropriate Perform additional responsibilities as assigned based on scope of projects assigned Requirement: B.S degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration / HVAC Strong analytical and decision making skills Good communication skills Can communicate in both oral and written English Experience with A/C electrical motor development is a plus |
