| Engineering Change Coordinator(工程变更协调员)职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibilities: Be a key communication window between HQ and other plant engineering coordinators. Assist product planner to coordinate and implement product launch in a timely manner Assist in AR preparation and follow up AR approval process Work with design engineer together to get advance EN release during initial project stage Assist and monitor EN limited release process based on Copeland documentation system Assist plant ECC to understand material status while EN release， minimize cost while material/model phase in and phase out Help both engineering and plant to implement new EN. Monitor and report product costs as necessary， track cost reduction programs and report progress as necessary. Qualification: College degree or above 2-3 years working experience Good communication skill and good team player Fluent English， oral and writing Be patient and detail work oriented |
