| Supplier Souring & Developing Engineer（供应商开发与管理工程师）职位说明及要求 | |
| Responsibility: Source and Develop Local suppliers Analyze commodity cost to work our cost reduction project/opportunity Conduct reverse auction and awarding decision Supplier management including cost review and short/long-term capacity plan Be integrated into global procurement strategy with corporate commodity managers Mainly focus on electronics parts， machined stamping and deep drawing etc. Support engineering for new design concept/project/program Requirement: Engineering/mechanical degree preferred More than 2 years experiences in souring， purchasing， quality or commodity Electronics components sourcing experience is preferred Knowledge of new product development(NPD) and PCBA process is desirable Knowledge of new product introduction(NPI) process is desirable Good communication and team player; work independently Assertive， aggressive and confident Be fluent in oral and written English |
