| Battery DVT/QUAL Engineer Responsibilities: 1. Collecting， analyzing， monitoring， summarizing and reporting of cell cycle testing as routine activities.. 2. Develop and execute test plan， test script and defect tracking. 3. Configure and maintain test environments， and investigate the use of automated testing tools. 4. Communicate with the related development teams. 5. Test Lithium Ion functionality and performance， validate system quality， stability， robustness. Requirement: 1. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge 2. Must have min. 3 years of experience in testing processes and methodologies， including hands-on experience in the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and procedures. 3. Deep understanding of test methodology. 4. Experience in cross-platform development and testing for real-time is a strong plus. 5. Familiar with Lithium Ion test equipment. 6. Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills to analyze defects to pin point the problem. 7. Good command of English (min CET level 4). 8. Excellent verbal， written， meeting and presentation skills. 9. Action focused and results driven. Salary scope;8，000-12，000RMB 电池DVT/QUAL工程师 1． 电子相关专业毕业，本科以上学历； 2． 至少有在测试程序与方法方面3年以上工作经验，尤其侧重于在技术发展过程中与整体系统测试计划与程序中的新经验； 3． 熟练掌握测试技术； 4． 一直专注于测试及宽平台的测试经验； 5． 熟悉锂离子测试仪器； 6． 优秀的分析技巧与解决重要难题的分析解决能力； 7． 英文良好，至少CET-4以上 8． 较好的口头，书面，会谈以及表达能力； 9． 侧重执行，并以结果为导向。 薪资范围：8，000-12，000RMB |
