InstrumentationTransferOfficeManager职位说明及要求

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for establishing and managing a group of engineers whose function is to transfer designs for new medical instrumentation products into routine assembly in designated sub-contract partner sites. Once designs have been successfully been transferred the group will be responsible for technical management of the supplier, (including resolving technical production issues) and product improvements driven by cost or user feedback.

Requirements:
1. Degree qualified in electronic, mechanical or instrumentation engineering (however a good working understanding of those disciplines not encompassed by formal education will be required).
2. 5 or more years experience working in a high volume commercial instrumentation development and manufacturing role.
3. Proven track record of managing the production transfer of high quality, high volume developing test processes and equipment suitable for instrumentation products in a mass production environment in accordance to relevant regulatory standards, preferably within the medical device arena.
4. Demonstrable experience of production scale up, robustness and validation studies.
5. Demonstrable experience/examples as a self-starter.
6. Detailed understanding of the NPD (new product development) process and demonstrable experience of using electronic design and development tools.
7. Spoken English should be sufficient to be able to host conference calls with native English speakers. Preparation of reports and regular updates/queries by email will be required.
8. The jobholder must be receptive to working in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment that demands they step out of their comfort zone on a day-to-day basis.An ability and willingness to travel extensively within China and occasionally outside China is essential.
