Client’s Profile: 该公司属于享誉全球的xx集团,1911年成立于瑞士,是历史悠久的整体厨房系统制造公司。在近一个世纪的辉煌历程中,xx生产营销网络遍及世界,超过80家子公司分布欧、美、亚及非洲各地,成为全球厨房系统研发生产及“卓越厨房文化”的创导者。xx产品领域包括厨房设备系统、商用厨房系统、咖啡系统、卫浴系统 。不仅如此,xx从事饮料容器和高新科技行业的核心技术,并在该行业领域的利基市场占有领导地位。多年来与全球快餐业巨擎“麦当劳”等知名品牌保持密切合作,是其不锈钢厨房设备的全球指定供应商。 Job Title: Regional Sales Manager(某著名厨房系统制造公司) Reports To:National Retail Director Direct Reports: Project sales team, retail sales team Department:Sales KSD Location:Beijing Responsibilities: a) Essential Duties Market/Channel Information Collection 1.Market information: customer/consumer/competitor 2.Provide analysis and recommendation about distributor/channel selection/development to NSM 3.Regular review and update Implementation 1.Understand business strategies/MTP business plan and then communicate with the customers 2.Implement the Year 1 business plan: quarterly marketing activities, sales development (showroom/samples/channel development) and sales revenue 3.Manage channel conflict and report to NSM if unresolved 4.Select/Execute/Evaluate/Manage channel/distributor Leadership 1.Resources management and allocation: people 2.Recruitment and establish an area sales team 3.Coaching/Motivating sales rep. 4.Skill development 5.Understand and Communicate company business plan 6.Develop distributor: motivate and punish Result Delivery and Review 1.Monthly and Quarterly forecasting 2.Problem solving 3.Regular/Close Communication with other dept.: Logistics/ASS b) Additional Duties Responsibilities and Competences Knowledge 1.Macro economic knowledge (local market): Construction Material Industry Kitchen Industry Other Channels 2.Distribution Management Knowledge (local market): sales/product trend Current and potential consumption 3.Marketing knowledge(4Ps): promotion/roadshow/billboard/senimar 4.Product range for distributor and other channels 5.Financial Knowledge: P&L, credit risk 6.Operations Knowledge: supply chain/manufacturing process 7.Franke Corporate vision/mission/value/strategies/MTP 8.Distributor Business Plan Skill 1.Business planning 2.Be able to attract and motivate the best distributor of the local market 3.Local Distributor’s dealer network selection/development 4.Conflict Management Skill (channel conflict/internal conflict) 5.Leadership: recruitment/interview people management/Goal Alignment/performance management Team management Coaching People Empowerment 6.Develop Distributor 7.Influencing Skill 8.Interpersonal Skill 9.Solution Provider Attitude/Motivation/Aptitude 1.Firm, flexible and quick implementation 2.Having the staying Power to achieve goals 3.Calm and Mature (facing pressure/resistance ) 4.Having the will and wit to find the best solutions 5.Have courage to control distributors 6.Taking responsibilities and building confidence 7.Honesty and Integrity 8.Humor Education Degree, with technical background will be preferred Experience More than 3 years in managing a sales team engaged in building material, sanitary, furniture, decoration material or consumable products, etc. Sales experience in home appliance will be preferred Please send your resume vis to hunter@samsparty.com.cn |
