Responsibilities: Investigate customer‘s equipment and application information for offering, quoting, product designing, manufacturing Make drum lacing design for Bedford engineering & the supervisor to approve. Investigate any claims or complaints. Coordinate with sales and/or manufacturing engineering to solve or improve. Work with CAD engineer to standardize engineering documents. Other product engineering issues by/from the supervisor Requirements: Be familiar with coal mining equipment industry, especially shearer, conveyor and support. 5-7 years underground coal mining work experience. Can use AutoCAD or other engineering drawing software. Has the ability to measure products and draft a drawing. Quick learner and have continues desire in learning. Good team player. Hard working and work under pressure. Good English (to be able to talk to engineers in US). Willing to visit underground mining site Collage graduates or above in coal mining mechanical engineering. Minimum 5-7 years underground coal mining (equipment) work experience required. Working experience in customer service is a plus |
