Responsibilities: Sales Functions: -Lead sales team to achieve the set monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals -Coordinate and support all field sales engineer sales activities -Implement and maintain sales policies -Develop and present one to three years sales targets Marketing: -Plan and execute all marketing activities -Develop sales strategies to meet organizational goals -Maintain and enhance current price lists and policies Leading: -Lead the manufacturing operation to maintain QA and production levels -Maintain the Kennametal Code of Ethics standards Requriements: -Formal business studies in either a business or marketing discipline. -Preference will be given to people with prior Sales Management experience in the mining or construction industries. -A minimum of 5 years experiences in industrial consumable sales is also required. |
