The company is one of the world-famous automotive related corporations locates in Shanghai, PRC.

Vacancy：Technical Sales Support Manager（某知名欧美汽车公司）
Location：Shanghai

Job Description：
Provide direct technical, applications specific support to customers who desire to use for design and or buy our products focused on support to R&D Departments of automotive companies.
 Answer telephone and e-mail product, sales and application related questions.
 Provide product solutions and technical alternatives when appropriate.
 Visit customers and explore new automotive potentials in all China focused in Shanghai and North China regions.
 Support technically to other TS/RS in China if required for other non-automotive business for customers located in China.
 Support customer’s engineers with product solutions and matching these with the respective product road maps.
 Report sales forecast of the assigned customers when required by sales director.
 Prepare visit report after meeting with customers and potentials and weekly report of activities
 Provide field support, inclusive of training, at customer’s sites.
 Interface with factory to obtain quotations and further technical support.
 Support sales director on the different programs launched: satisfaction survey, key account evaluations, recovery plans, market segmentation etc.

Requirement：
4-5+ years of technical experience in automotive electronics.
Problem solving, organizational skills, self managing, self starter individual.
Experience across multiple applications in automotive.
Technical background in engineering, or application engineering.
Multi tasking, good communication skills, self sufficient.
Can communicate well via computer, telephone, power point presentations.
Good Knowledge of the automotive industry in China and electronics automotive applications in general.
