| 采购员职位说明及要求 | |
Job Responsibility: Negotiates, procures, and expedites raw materials, component parts and related equipment for manufacturing or office use . Detailed responsibilities include but not limited to, 1.Plans and procures materials and services as assigned for the production process; 2.Solicits and evaluates quotations for parts and materials, responsible for commercial negociation; 3.Place purchasing order and follow up delivery, quality and payment; 4.Visits and evaluates present, new, and potential vendors as to their physical capabilities and financial stability; 5.Initiates appropriate paperwork and maintains adequate files and records; 6.Coordinates engineering changes and quality problems with vendors; 7.In charge of supplier management, evaluation, database maintenance; 8.Communicate and share useful information with internal users; 9.Business trip required. Work Experience Requirements: 1.At least 2 years’ experience in purchasing, experience in foreign company and industrial purchasing is favorable 2.Good negotiation and communication skills with suppliers; 3.Ability to work independently, self-motivated, disciplined and can work under pressure 4.Team player and strong sense of responsibility 5.Good computer skill and fluent in both written and oral English 6.Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Education Requirements: 1.University degree in purchasing/trading/commerce 2.CET 6 or equivalent |
