Vacancy: Global commodity Mgr.(某著名美资汽车零配件公司)
Location: Shanghai
Report to: Vice-president of Transportation Systems global sourcing (French)
Position Scope:
-Manage the finished goods cross-function team.
-Financial / Budgetary –Manages budget for the team.

Job Description：
Key duties include
-Developing a strategy to identify and develop key potential suppliers of finished goods.
-Build a team of professional and efficient commercial negotiation.
-Partnering and managing effective communication and relations with cross functions as well as supplier.
-Delivers high performance in terms of Costs, Quality, Deliveries.
-Builds capabilities / capacity at suppliers to support Logistic and internal customers’ expectations.
-Managing capital and expense budget in line with Annual Operating Plan.

Requirement：
Qualifications
-Eight plus years procurement leadership experience in manufacturing industries.
-High-volume mechanical industry experience.
-Solid project management experience.
-Minimum five years in Supply Base positions strongly preferred.
-Bachelors degree in related field, Masters degree preferred.
Skills
-Ability to manage a national team in different locations and cross-functional environment - tough and sound negotiator.
-Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate concisely at all levels inside and outside the company.
-Ability to manage a multi-discipline team and competing projects in a challenging environment.
-Action oriented with proven track record in achieving business goals.
-Proven program management capabilities.
-Team builder, motivator and team player.
-Strategic thinker, knowledge of China supply base for finished goods.
