| Job description: service and marketing development for oem automotive coatings and related activities for the wuhu， guangzhou， or beijing areas to meet the automotive growth， sales and profit objectives. The incumbent must maintain a high level of product and process expertise with respect to oem specifications in electrocoat and topcoat， product end use， application， new growth opportunities， competitive activities， technology， customer service， and safety. He/she is responsible for the managing of technical service functions at specific customer locations. He/she will be responsible to optimize paint process operations to achieve the highest quality specifications， while maintaining the lowest applied cost position. Of critical importance is the training and supervising of subordinates to meet customer requirements. He/she will be responsible for training existing and new ppg sales / tssr personnel. He/she will require strong presentation skills and a high level of interpersonal and communication skills. These skills will be used to ensure that information is shared properly and effectively within the oem automotive organization. This is especially important when providing the tianjin laboratory with specifications needed to meet our customer requirements: a university degree in chemistry， with 1-3 years of coating experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required. |
