| Role Description: ·To establish application development environment. ·To develop customized program according to business requirements ·To follow GA Application development model procedures ·To follow change management according to user‘s requirements ·To be responsible for training users on customized program. ·To be responsible for reports developing according to business requirements ·To be responsible for global consistent application support. ·To involve in Project ·Baan related projects implementation participating under project management ·Runs small projects independently and successfully within agreed scope and delivery time. ·Business requirements definition together with business people and concept， process & solution documentation creation， Functional requirements definition and documentation， Planning and executing new functionality testing， training document creation and user training Requirements: ·Bachelor or Master’s degree majoring in IT or business related ·Excellent ERP knowledge in sales， purchasing， manufacturing， finance and/or warehousing functional area ·Excellent Baan or other ERP functional and/or technical knowledge·Good logistics business process knowledge. Finance process knowledge is an advantage. ·Application and integration testing skills ·Excellent documentation skills ·Very good team work skills and experience in project work. ·Excellent English skill both writing and speaking ·Service minded， good communicator， responsible， critical thinking， systematic， independent working attitude， team player |
