| OpticalResearchEngineer职位说明及要求 | |
Responsiblity: Provides optical measurement as routine technical service. Supports projects of Auto Inspection and Optics R&D group and Crystals R&D group. Develops new experiments and optical set-ups for quality control of glass and/or crystal. Principal Accountabilities Descriptions: 1 Provides personal technical input to optical-related projects;employs strong scientific methodology in conducting projects;Non-Destructive optical imaging technology / Spectroscopy;Finding solutions for projects 2.Understands the need of customers, and grows the optical measurement ability of to meet the need. investigates, purchases, and sets up new equipment to meet the most challenging customers‘ needs. Sets up new processing procedures according to existing expertise and customers‘ request. 3. Provides technical training for technicians, which include operation training, maintenance training, and EHS training for specified equipment;gives presentations to customers to introduce the function and capability of optical equipment in Lab. Requirements: 1 Ph.D. is preferred. Candidates that study geometrical-optics or spectroscopy optics would be great. Knowledge of Image Processing would be great as well. 2 Good English verbal communication and written report command. 3 Background in either optics or crystal materials |
