| AutomotiveProductProjectLeader职位说明及要求 | |
Responsibility: -Interface with OEM -Technical feasibility analysis -Design of plastic and glazing for automotive industry -Secure technology transfer to plants and ensure a good interface with plants and other departments -Definition of technical specifications for child parts or production tools -Participation in sourcing and qualification of suppliers -Project follow-up and management by respecting the schedule, cost and quality -Follow up the tooling manufacturing and participate in debugging of tooling -Assure prototype manufacturing and delivery to clients Requirement: -Strong background in mechanic design and/or process, and plastic injection process or other relevant areas. -3-6 years of experience in automotive product engineering or in relevant fields, such as product development, project management, quality, production, preferably in automotive industry. -Good command of the CAD/CAE tools -Good command of methodologies and norms in automotive industry: FMEA, 6-Sigma, 5S, TPM, SMED, ISO-TS, VDA, QS... -Good command in English, knowing French will be a plus -Action-oriented, results-oriented and customer-oriented -Excellent communicator and team player -Implied, motivated, committed, sense of responsibility and initiatives taker. |
