工艺工程师职位说明及要求

Planning of machining and/or assembly/testing of new products / 新产品有关加工，装配及测试工作的安排
Prepare related work plans in SAP / 在SAP 系统里准备相关工作计划
Definition, design request, production and procurement of fixtures and toolings / 夹具及刀具的设计和购买
Supervision of running products technology, daily operative problem solving / 负责产品工艺及日常生产问题的解决
Prepare work instructions for special processes (e.g. deburring, surface treatment, etc.) / 制作特殊工艺的作业书（去毛刺，表面处理）
Prepare work instructions for assembly or testing processes / 为装配组及测试组制作生产作业书
Calculation and verification of needed setup and process time per part / 计算并确认装配及各生产步骤所需的时间
Implementation of new processes, continuous improvement of quality and production cost issues / 不断提高产品质量，降低生产成本。
Learn and work according to the local operation procedures (LOP) / 遵守工厂生产程序
Update work plans in SAP, initiate actions in production in case of drawing modifictaion / 更新SAP系统里的生产计划，如果有图纸更改的信息，应及时采取相应措施
