| Job Description: 1. Generate Corporate sales contracts and leads in the region. 2. Build up and analyze the database of potential corporate sales accounts and key accounts. 3. Work closely with Center Directors to develop all possible corporate sales leads. 4. Decide on the appropriate sales approach to potential clients. Prepare, coach and accompany Center Course Consultants to prospect, visit, negotiate and close the corporate sales master contracts from the database and leads. 5. Provide the effective service and key account management aimed at generating renewals and referrals. 6. Create efficient systems that aim to minimize the costs associated with corporate sales business development and lead generation 7. Provide personal and regional corporate sales call and result reports. Requirements: 1. Bachelor‘s degree in related field or equivalent experience. MBA preferred. 2. At least 5 years experience in B2B business, including 2 years in key account management 3. Experience in International Training/Consulting background highly desirable 4. Excellent coaching and training skills 5. Excellent English, working knowledge of Mandarin. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning and organizational skills required. 6. Overseas working experience is an added advantage. |
