Responsibilities: Responsible for DTDF accounting for legal entity Holdco, GEIO Issue debit note and book transactions and invoices for DTDF transactions Ensure timely and accurate payment and cash application to all inter-company affiliates Perform monthly account reconciliation on bank and DTDF accounts Follow up and resolve any issues / disconnections with inter-company affiliates Maintain payment relative tracker for handling counterparties’ inquiry Drive / support process changes to strengthen controllership and productivity in DTDF area Support KPMG audit and CAS audit for DTDF related inquiry Qualifications / Requirements: University degree in Accounting / Finance Good command of English and fluent in Mandarin Team Player, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to handle disconnection with long-distance counterparty Be responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, careful, with can-do attitude Proactive, excellent problem solving skills, enjoy challenge, willing to drive / accept change |
